Our goal is to take care of the players.  We know that every player needs a chance and we are here to help them find them that opportunity.  If that comes from a team or even a training camp, every player must choose their own path and ​walk down it.​

Bridgepoint Church

Official Yoga Instructor for The Dells Ducks!!!

Since 2004 we have offered quality dance instruction and health programs designed for ages 2 - adult. Our classes holds no more than 10-12 students per group giving each student the most attention to improve his/her learning skills.

Thank you for considering the opportunity to improve the lives of those you love by introducing the benefits of heathy bodies and minds through dance in our studio’s nurturing environment.

Classes will start on the week of Sept 16th through Dec 7th. We offer many drop-in classes for teens & adults. Please check our schedule and try out our classes.
